Lake Erie Real Estate Co.'s Commercial/Investment Division (LER C/I) is determined to be the very best at their business in their local market area. Lake Erie Real Estate Co. has been in business since the early 1980's and formed the Commercial/Investment Division in August 1996. This division purchased its own office building and operates independently from the Main Office.

LER C/I works with investment properties and offers full property management to real estate investors. Currently, LER C/I has a general manager, a property manager, two full-time property maintenance staff, an office manager, and property management clerk.

Since the short time since its inception, LER C/I is now managing over 60 residential property units and several commercial properties. It has been successful in completing many favorable real estate purchases for its clients.

In today's technology-intensive business environment, Lake Erie selected GB for their computerization needs. Within 30 days, GB Consulting had a 4 workstation network up and running with networked, computerized fax services, e-mail, integrated scheduling, accounting and property management functions. LER C/I is also extensively using Microsoft Office Pro and Quickbooks.
